What you'll need
Otter transcribes:
What to use it for: Quality review board meetings, management review meetings, supplier quality review calls, CAPA review discussions, audit debrief sessions.
What NOT to use it for: Discussions involving confidential IP, trade secrets, regulatory strategy, or any meeting where recording is not permitted by your company policy. Always check your company's recording policy before using.
For Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet meetings:
For in-person meetings: open Otter.ai on your phone and tap the record button.
For a video call: Otter bot joins automatically and transcribes. For in-person: Tap Record when the meeting starts. Place your phone in the center of the table.
Within minutes of the meeting ending:
After exporting the Otter.ai transcript, paste it into Claude or ChatGPT and use:
